No switch lite can't be docked.
Switch lite is great on the go, but you can't dock it or hook it up to a TV at all.

Usb-c cable. It is slightly smaller and the controllers don't detach. Many would argue its slightly better and more comfortable for long portable sessions, but you lose all the flexibility of docking and playing on a TV.
Been using it for couple months without issue. Seems to be a great dock. Wish I waited for this sale but already got some good use out of it.
This is not exactly the same as the Insignia dock. The Insignia used a USB-C power adapter. The Rocketfish one does not.
I have the Insignia version and haven't had any issues, but personally I wouldn't buy this Rocketfish version because I'd then have another different power adapter.
