This doesn't have no mop zone right? I remember that you could achieve it via another map for mopping. Correct?
mopping feature is important to me - what do I lose with this compared to S5 Max?

Just make it as no go lines around the areas you don't want to mop.

See my advice in the OP, or check the Roborock website. The S5 Max has an electronic water tank that's controlled by the app, so it's much more sophisticated for mopping. The S6 Pure just has a switch. As I understand it, if the tank is installed and filled with water, it mops.

Edit: I prefer stay away from shady company. Roborock stated canceling order because out of stock, but then it went back in stock the next day. I wonder how they would honor any issue with warranty.

I don't think so - their website has it advertised on the homepage.

Oh man. I'm really torn on this. I want to get my parents a roborock for a gift (I have the S4 and love it). I think the S4 Max is perfect for their situation and was waiting for a deal on that. Can't decide if I should keep waiting or get them this and they can just skip using the mop. I do worry that for them the additional feature of the Mop is just another piece that could break or cause problems.
