specs look great. any reason why this is not a bargain for an office computer?

possible to run 2x monitors at high refresh rate?

Shouldn't be a problem but one would have to be analog VGA (has 1 HDMI and 1 VGA).

Main drawbacks with this system -
Only two PCIe expansion slots - one x16 and one x1 - may not be an issue for many.
260W power supply limits the graphics cards you could put in (unsure if it is standard supply or proprietary).
The 4 USB ports on the back are 2.0, but the two on the front are 3.2 (plus a USB-C on the front).

On a good note, the 16g of memory is 2x8G modules. Seen a lot of manufacturers lately using 1x16GB which reduces performance a tad as it doesn't take full advantage of the available memory bandwidth. On the other hand, this system only has 2 slots so to upgrade you have to replace the existing modules.

Definitely nice specs for the price, but have to be aware of the limited expansion abilities.
