If I do the cancelation method, do all 3 games have to be the same price in order to get the max discount? Thought I read that earlier in the thread that they should be the same price but seeing other ppl not do that too.

I'm eyeing the Series X Mamba edition for NBA 2k21 but it's 99.99 so just want to make sure. Would like to gift the XB1 2K that comes with it to a friend and the VC perk is nice.

Already received a shipment notification for Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition. I wasn't expecting that so soon. I may receive it on or even before it's release date. Awesome!

Wish they would make these deals for digital versions.

They have the option to go the digital only route, but never give a deal like this.

It says Sony 1st party excluded but the picture includes Spider man MM and Sack boy. So what is the deal?

The ad has an asterisk next to the pictures for Spiderman, Demon's Souls, and Sackboy. At the bottom of the page, the asterisk key states that those games are excluded from the promo.

Got COD Cold War, Miles Morales Ultimate, and Demon's Souls after three attempts at chat. Each time, I said that the offer wasn't applying to my cart and asked if they could apply it to my order. First two times, they said that two of the games weren't eligible and got no discount. Third time, I got someone who manually gave me a $69.99 refund after I placed my order. They couldn't adjust my tax though. Still got taxed on the $209.97 amount.

After some trial and error, I've personally found that 3 items of the same price gives you the max 33% discount. Make sure your other 2 items are different from the one you want to keep. Otherwise if you buy 3x of the same game, and cancel 2, it will say it's gonna charge you tax on all 3 copies. (though some people did say that tax will be adjusted once it ships)

Just got a shipping notice for the $69 version of COD cold War for $47.43 after ordering 3 and canceling two. Nice discount. The tax was corrected before shipping to reflect on only 1 item, not all three.

I used the chat last night and the rep let me get Spiderman, Demon Souls and COD for the PS5, with no problem at all. I told them they the promo wasn't working in the cart and asked if he could adjust it for me. Without hesitation, it went through. I guess it just takes getting someone cool.

I was denied by 2 reps and another closed the chat on me before I could even say something. I settled on ordering 3 copies of Black Ops PS5 and cancelling 2. Guess I'll have to spend full price for Demon's Souls.

Was able to get my order approved through chat. In the confirmation email "Your refund has been issued" it shows the 3rd game that I didn't want/planned to cancel as the "refunded item". I should be safe cancelling it in my orders and keeping the prorated discount for the other 2 games, correct?
