It took all of 15 minutes to do it. I Didn't want to wait trying to do online, twitter or chatting with t-force.
Getting $415 for each trade-in - 1 XR & 1 X with $211 for each in upfront bill credits and $6.80 x 2 for 30 months for the remaining balance of trade in.
And I'll get $200 x 2 for loyalty which has to be submitted once phones arrive next Friday 11/13 which I already received email confirmation for.
Just have to send in both trade in's that match the IMEI #'s they input when I made the purchases this AM.

Edit: According to other thread Select and Essential Plans are EXLCUDED AGAIN AS USUAL! The nerve of these MF's to advertise loyalty rebate and exclude the most loyal grandfathered plans.

Part of the $$$ you get is in one lump sum and the remaining comes over 30 months...
For my xr and x I got 415 with 211 of it up upfront applied to bill and remaining 204 comes over 30 months at 6.80

deal from 2 weeks ago on the website showed
$10/mo credit for iphone 7 trade in plus $10/mo service line credit (but not the extra $200/6.67x30mos)
now on website it shows
$10/mo trade in credit and $6.67 loyalty credit(no mention of service line discount)

You are most welcome... Nope no other fee's except tax upfront. I told them I could not get thru online or by chat and they said ok and did the order.
