Yeah Im tempted when I see things like these but then I think.. How often do I even open new bottles and how hard is it to do with a regular opener? Not often and it's not. But then I guess that same logic can be applied to many conveniences.

I bought this a few months back and use it fairly often. Works well, one charge is good for like, shit I don't remember but it lasts a good while. The wine plugs are also nice, you vacuum the air out of the wine (with a small pump) and leave the plug that seals the wine. I thought it was worth it at regular price.

Bought this and found the corkscrew will break through the cork's inner surface... that's not good. You could end up with cork bits in the wine. Not a problem for synthetic corks, but natural cork is likely to break, crack and fall apart where the tip exits the cork on the inside. Will be going back

Hm, I've had a rabbit for several years and never had that happen even with a natural cork.

Funny story time though:

We got this for Christmas several years ago from my brother - actually, this particular gift was from my brother to my wife, as he bought us two separate gifts that year. We were at a family gathering opening each others presents, when it came time for my wife to open hers - and as she peels away the wrapping on this long, rectangular shaped box, the words 'Rabbit' are visible on the top flap: My wife turned BRIGHT RED, and turned to him with an angry 'Are you serious?!?' Not going to lie, I thought it was a DIFFERENT kind of rabbit myself lol.

We all had a laugh once it was fully unwrapped, but for a few seconds it wasn't clear whether we would be appearing on Maury or not...
