I bought one of these during the last sale for $969. it is a phenomenal TV for me. i don't game, just watch movies and stream YouTube videos.

Haven't heard if Amazon or Costco will be running the same price. I plan on getting another one for the bedroom. I called Best Buy and asked if I buy now ($1399) if they would refund the difference during their black Friday sale. they said no. does anyone have any experience to the contrary?

I got this for $1370 from Best Buy on Friday. Went to the store now and they price matched it

What's the downside to the warranty when purchased from Best Buy ?

Also y is the model number different in Costco

I'm not worried about this tv having problems because if enough of us have the same issue we can do the whole class action lawsuit song and dance and then everybody's getting free tvs

I didn't receive a scheduling email, but I was able to set delivery for Friday on the website. Any ideas on how the return method works, in case the unit is faulty? Do I physically rebox the tv and drive it a BB store?

May have been mentioned in a prior post, but keep in mind that price drops to $969 if you are a Best Buy Rewards member (free to join). Also, Discover JUST added Best Buy to their Q4 5% cash back, so that also gives you a little bump. I tried to get this TV on the sams club black friday deal, but it sold out within a day or less and has been OOS for several days....
