The good thing is that the PS5 comes out on 11/12.....and the deal for the 85" at Costco doesn't go live until 11/20. Lugging this tv from Costco won't be the easiest but hopefully we get some clarity on picture quality with the PS5 in a few days.

Yelp! It's the temporary fix for consistent random reboots at least until the next firmware update. Then we'll see what Twister position Sony has us assume at that point.

Costco doesn't sell opened TV like other retailers. The word salvage you see is just a code for the RTV employees to help them categorize returned items.

I saw this in store and picture looked way better than the LG ThinQ in terms of picture. The LG has a more compact stand in the middle of the TV where are the Sony has legs about 52 inches apart. I saw on YouTube that Sonys have legs that can also slide in to reduce the gap. Does that apply to this tv?

Why did you return the 950? Was the picture quality not much better compared to the 900?

That is the debate I'm having. 900h vs 950h. 950h is just so much more expensive, especially when I need 2

Most reviewer on youtube say the 900 is better than 950 in dark room due to contrast ratio. Bright room they recommend Samsung.
