Turn on the DTS Truvolume feature to balance out dialogue with the rest of the soundstage. Turning on DTS Virtual X will further enhance the clarity of dialogue, but I'm not a huge fan of simulated surround so I keep it off.

Was able to price match in store and got the remote version. They couldn't find it on Sam's but somehow found it on Amazon and let me have it (I don't even see this on Amazon...).

tips on a target pm before hand. add the item to your cart, and give them the cart number (lower right). give a link to the competitor link. under show more description of the item on the target website it'll have a dpci which is target's inventory item number. it speeds up them needing any info from you outside your full name.

you can hop to find an agent that will not pushback, but its easier to me to just keep on them.

the price match policy is pretty clear detailing what they do and don't do. they told me they don't price match a product on sale, and i clarified that's when they have promotions like a category coupon/gift card. the rep tried to claim:

Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.

counted, but i was persistent that that doesn't prevent them from matching when someone has a lower sale price.

worst case keep escalating and as long as you're in the right they'll do it. this isn't like forcing them to honor a price mistake. this is a deal from an accepted competitor that meets their guidelines for a match.

I just called and the rep was ready to price match and then put me on hold then said we're no longer price matching any other competitors except Target and target.com until the end of the year. I said that's not true, I'm looking at your website right now and Sam's Club is listed right there.

He said it's only something that they're telling us here that we're not allowed to price match anything else but Target and target.com until the end of the year. I asked for a supervisor and he told me they were all in a meeting. I said every single supervisor is in a meeting right now at this moment? "Yes."

I said what are you going to do if there's a major problem and you need to get ahold of a supervisor, wait until their meeting is over? He didn't have an answer and just told me to call back in a couple minutes and maybe they would be out of their meeting. I called back again got another guy who did it right away.

TLDR: rep's first day, didn't know how to price match in the computer and just wanted to get out of the call, made up lame excuse.

Way too much hassle with that one rep. If they don't give in to the price match, say thanks and disconnect the chat and start over with a new session and try again. At the end of the day it's only a $20 savings, so value your time based on that.

Should have said that you are willing to wait on the line with him until the meeting is over and start a conversation with him, make it really awkward lol.

Same thing happened to me, not sure if the hdmi arc port is broken? Optical worked perfectly, although there was a little delay

Got the price match via Target chat before purchasing.

Step by step:
1. Note the Target Item Link and add the item to your cart.

2. Note the Item Number (DPCI): 008-02-1682​ of the item and Cart Number on your checkout page. The Cart Number is listed on your checkout page below the red "I'm ready to checkout" button and **Estimated Bag Fee explanation.
3. Note the competitor's link.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the Target page. Click Help -> Contact Us and a Choose a topic list will appear. Click Target.com Order Experience and click the red "Chat Now" button.
