I sent a claim. LG collected my information and send email with rejection and blank explanation in reason section. I would not bother.

Legit. Did it and got mine within a week shipped fedex ground. They take jpeg only files for the submission so take a picture of the serial number and if you bought the tv online or through the app do a screen capture or screenshot of the receipt

So just because you got rejected most likely because you couldn't follow a few simple instructions nobody else should bother with it? Took me 30 seconds to submit and speaker arrived a week later
