Keep in mind this premium tier still has commercials. It's not worth $25 a year.

I signed up for the three free months. Now that I am trying to cancel, the website shows nothing but a blank when you try to log in. I tried 3 different browsers. Now I will have to call the credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges and possibly get a new credit card so I am not charged again by this unreliable company.

I signed up for the three free months. Now that I am trying to cancel, the website shows nothing but a blank when you try to log in. I tried 3 different browsers. Now I will have to call the credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges and possibly get a new credit card so I am not charged again by this unreliable company.

Yes, I think it's new accounts only I forgot to add that. I had a free account setup prior I just signed up again with a different email account.

I didn't have any trouble switching to free plan after the 3 month trial, didn't try to completely remove account though - just removed access to PayPal so couldn't be charged.
