(The box does not have a manual inside. I had to figure this out on my own)
RGB Keyboard
- USB 2.0
- absolute cheap plastic and super spongey-feeling BUT IT WORKS
- cable is attached to keyboard
- cable length is 4.5ft (1.3 m)
- keys are not backlit as they are solid black plastic
- key labels appear to be stickers
- LED is not customizable
- LED is turned on by pushing the Scroll Lock button, press Scroll Lock again to turn off
- LEDs are located within the keyboard base and emit through a translucent plastic
- ISO enter button
- flip-out height stands located on back
- num lock, caps lock, and scroll lock buttons will light up when enabled
RGB Mouse Pad
- USB 2.0
- measures 9.5 x 12 inches (24cm x 30cm)
- uses included generic micro USB cable to connect
- cloth fabric top
- has a non-slip rubber bottom
- has the LED strip woven into the mouse pad which could potentially prevent fraying
- LEDs are only located right where the cable attaches to the mouse pad (top-left corner)
- has 6 modes for RGB customization, press the sun button on it to change modes (rgb off, some weird flashing rainbow two-tone, pulsing rainbow, two-tone pulsing, static color red/blue/green/pink/cyan/yellow/white, rainbow slow color shift)
RGB Mouse
- USB 2.0
- very cheap, light plastic material
- click is very loud
- optical
- wired
- cable is attached to mouse
- ambidextrous
- scroll wheel
- scroll button
- press DPI button once to switch DPI settings (mouse will flash red to indicate DPI change)
- hold down DPI button to turn off LED
- RGB is rainbow slow color shift
- don't know how to check mouse dpi number but can confirm the mouse has three-or-four different DPI modes

Overall, I would call this a good buy if you need a spare keyboard, mouse, mousepad, and maybe a little flare.
Put it this way... IIRC a bunch of people thumbs upped a $15 RGB membrane keyboard maybe a month ago? This comes with an rgb mousepad and mouse for ten bucks.
Even if they're not great quality, this to me seems like a very good deal for a backup keyboard and mouse set or for a kid's computer.
