I recently sent a S8+ after being screwed the first time, hoping the experience improved. Well they denied my S8+ because "the phone I sent them, was not a S8+." LOL I don't know how dumb you have to be, because the phone straight up says it's a S8+ when you boot it. At least they send you pictures of your trade-in now, so that's nice I guess.
