And just to confirm, I had called the CSR after opening the account and they had confirmed that I used the promo code.

When I called, they told me to meet the requirement first, and call back on or after Feb 2nd, 2021. They need manually review account and add offer possibly. Not sure if we will still get it in the end. If not, really not worth the trouble. Hope we are not wasting time with nothing.

1. I currently have a normal Cap One (not 360) checking acc as secondary that opened for years. Am I eligible this one for a bonus? Still confused.
2. I every month send checks from the above checking acc to pay my bills. Once I open this 360 checking, will they send me checkbooks for free (as Bank of America does) or I have to order checkbooks?

2. They do not automatically send you a checkbook. You can however order your first set of checks free under account services.
