Me too! Have received too many junk mails from them, which makes me consider it as a bad bank.
My problem is I had an ING Orange account that I closed 10+ years ago and now I can't open a new account as it sees me as an existing customer but I can't log in. Calling Capital One they say it's a known problem.
I'll check the eligibility with C1 next week to confirm, because I see this online:
