I had 2 accounts and the other one has the bonus code. I have ask to delete the one thag doesn't. Have setuo my direct deposit now of $400 so 3 DD will be $1200. Waiting for the bonus on 03/21/2021.
Family member had trouble opening account online in the past (due to old ING account that was closed long time ago) but no problem opening account today -- all 3 credit bureaus were frozen

What is DOC?
1st CS told me that go ahead and complete the requirement for the bonus, I may get it.
2nd CS told me what I could do is to complete the requirement of two direct deposits. Once I met the requirement, call them back and ask for a second review. The CS said that he cannot guarantee that I will get the bonus, so it like 50/50 chance that I may or may not get the bonus.
In a way, they both said the same thing, I probably will not take any chances on this.
