capital one is the worst.
Same here. I figured out the trick is to enter your SSN, fake the last 4, enter your SSN again on reprompt, fake the last 4 again. They will connect you. Tell the operator you tried to apply for a checking account, but the application stopped you for security verification. I got approved this way.
