The funny thing that all my previous transfers from PayPal to my old Capital One Online Checking account are listed as ACH.
I think most people that are getting the code confirmation on the final page have probably been targeted first via e-mail or some other way..
You can go to DOC and refer to DPs from 3 years ago, but anything else is just based on speculation and assumptions.
TBH, you'll probably see a lot of crying here within a few months, "oh but the customer service guy said my xxx transfer would work"
