I did make sure to take a screen shot of both screens just like you so I hope I'm covered if there's any problems come bonus time..
They confirmed that existing CO logins will have the promo field pre-populated while new accounts may require manual input, and they continued to list the details of the promo. Without me asking, they mentioned that check deposits, transfers from external banks (like your own), and P2P transfers do not qualify. They specifically mentioned paypal, venmo and a third one I didn't catch, but I didn't ask them to repeat it since it does not apply to me as I'm getting legitimate corporation payroll deposits. I don't know why they felt the need to tell me what doesn't qualify, but maybe it's because people have been calling in asking if their "direct deposit" qualifies or not....
Yeah no doubt that rep has been fielding questions about whether bank transfers qualify for the promo. I'm sure a good portion of them were from here, based on the 1.3k comments in this thread 🤦
It's not easy for me to divert my DD without a bunch of paperwork & lengthy process. It's probably the same for a lot of ppl.
