This, I dont know. I just know if I click link from OP it shows offer. Offer says expires today.
And in the background they may laugh at your name if your name sounds funny to them - it happened with tracfone. About 70 percent of CapOne customer service appear to be South Asian.
It strengthens my suspicion that they meant to deny 400 dollars all along. The usual rationale is that they rely on statistics where a certain percentage of people screw up and it was calculated when the promo was set up in the first place. It also explains why they put up the promo box on the transfer- fund-page; it will further confuse the customers who are likely to think that the promo is for transfering funds.
