I'm with the other guy, it says the promo code has expired, and I don't want to continue if it's not going to apply. Is there another confirmation screen that shows the promo code applied after the "fund your account" page?
The code is back to being valid. I tried it a few minutes ago.
If you fund the account, you get the option to enter a code. If you don't fund the account, the option for a code disappears. I'm guessing that's why some people are being told they didn't put the code in.

I put $20 but there is no minimum requirement. If you do a deposit you don't have to worry about the promo code screen disappearing. A lot of people did no deposit and are being told the code was not entered.

It strengthens my suspicion that they meant to deny 400 dollars all along. The usual rationale is that they rely on statistics where a certain percentage of people screw up and it was calculated when the promo was set up in the first place. It also explains why they put up the promo box on the transfer- fund-page; it will further confuse the customers who are likely to think that the promo is for transfering funds.
