Still no bonus here.
Person 1:
- Account opened on Nov 15th
- Direct deposit is still ON for this account. Each month, we are depositing 1001 twice through direct deposit since Nov 20th.
- Made the call today (Mar 5th). they said, they cannot find the promo code in our account. they said they will make an exception request and will take 20 days for an outcome.
Person 2:
- Account opened on Dec 18th
- Direct deposit is still ON for this account. Each month, we are depositing 1001 once through direct deposit. Direct deposit is ON from Dec month.
- Made the call today (Mar 5th). they said, they cannot find the promo code in our account. they asked me to call back on March 18th (90 days from account opening date)
- So, we will have to call them on March 18th.
If any updates, I will come back.
Person 2: will call them on March 18th. Now, we are confident that the we will get the $400 for this as well. will keep you all posted

Called and they claimed I didn't enter the code, which I most certainly did. They say I should hear something back in 20 days. The customer service lady was super nice. Regardless, I'm annoyed.
Just annoyed that you have to call and ask...
