Closing my 360 account ASAP and flaming this joke of a company on SM!!!
Then he had to check some personal information, and put me on hold. Came back and said "I see what happened, you didn't put the bonus code in". I told him I 100% did put the code in, and I have a screenshot which seemed to surprise him for a moment. He said once the review is complete, I will have the option of sending the screenshot in as evidence.
I did not take a screenshot however, so if they do require that I'm screwed. Either way, what an absolute joke of a company this is. I know I put the code in, for me and my gf who also has not received her bonus. It's 100% obvious they are hoping people forget about the bonus, and when we do remember and call in, they are getting a script from a manager to say we forgot to put a code in.
Can someone who took a screenshot provide a copy to those of us so we can use to send to them if they do end up requiring this?
I called earlier today and they told me the same thing. Apparently I pulled the money into my Capital One acct from my Ally acct, when I should have pushed it from Ally into Capital One. Ugh!

Looks like I don't have to call, got mine today!
They not seeing the code in their system seems to be an ongoing issue on their end or just some excuse hoping we forgot about the bonus.
I got this thing to a science and pretty good at reading fine print so when I failed to receive the bonus by specified date I called and just as many others I got generic responses (did not put the code in ets). They "could not" accept screen shots because they "don't have email" but are opening a review case. They also implied this offer was directly targeted offer and were asking how I got across it .... so I guess we will find out within 20 days if I wasted almost three month on this ....
Those who has gone throw review, are they pretty good about granting it ? Or is it just waste of another month to wait ?
