The rep said there is no code in my account.
I don't remember I entered the code "bonus400" when I sign up.
Maybe it is my own fault.

I had her close my accounts immediately.
We have thoroughly researched your request; however, we determined that the transfers from your Bank of America account are not considered a qualifying deposit for the bonus.
Because the funds were initiated on the Capital One website, we are unable to provide a bonus.

Once you have your bonus you can close it. Transfer money out so account balance is zero before you call so they can't try any funny business.

I talked to the account manager. I ended up asking him to send an exception letter. Wait 20 days to receive a deny and reason, or an honored $400. I have low expectations but wanted to try at least something. Hopefully, I remember to reply back here to update everyone.
