I would say more so because it looks like extremely flimsy plastic.
Gotcha. Shows how much Im concerned about my kids getting a little banged up I guess
Seems the days when (by today's standards) dangerous play structures were everywhere and we didn't think much of it is long behind us.
When I was a kid, my elementary school had one of those huge metal geometric climbing domes. Kids would occasionally hurt themselves on the metal spokes, or fall off.
Supposedly this Walmart swing set can hold up to 8 kids of 100 lbs. Reviewers claim it's sturdy.
I actually own this set and its very good for the price.
Yes the metal tubes are thin but its not meant for adults. All the bolts and connections are metal.
Slide is good quality.
Its not extremely sturdy and it will not survive 10-15 years of outdoor, but this set is meant for smaller kids.
All the negative comments are just classical american consumer whining.
If you want the thing to last, then go spend the $1000.

My friend bought a bigger set at Costco around 800, I don't think is that much better.

It's like Cliff Burton showed up at my house without explanation.
