Ah crap, I knew I should've opted for 9 am - 12 pm delivery. I chose 12 pm - 3 pm and now I'm on the edge of my seat.

Unfortunately, no map. On the desktop order page, the progress bar is 2/3rd between "Out for Delivery" and "Arriving today between 12 pm - 3 pm."

yeah, at that time i didnt mind the sound bar and thought about the chances for cancellation / faster handling time, so the terrace was ordered as a stand alone

I had this happen too. I tried to select a date and it errored out. My order eventually dropped off my orders list (and moved to cancelled) and I ended up getting an email a couple hours later. Not sure if I flagged it or not by clicking it but there was no option regardless. My original ship date / time was Tuesday 9a-12p but never received shipping confirmation. My soundbar is traveling UPS but trying not to get my hopes up in case it gets intercepted.

Ahh. Yeah you were kind of right; my TV sat around for a day in the warehouse while the sound bar was waiting to be delivered to the same warehouse, so they could deliver them at the same time. Very hit or miss with this one. The Terrace looks ridiculous though; I didn't even know they made IP-rated TVs.

Same exact boat here although my soundbar came in yesterday. TV sitting lonely in a warehouse in my town until Monday. Not sure how they expect me to hold out until Monday like if its gonna get canceled may as well it happens now to end the agony LMAO

How did it ship? UPS and FedEx sometimes let's you pick it up at the warehouse if they have a customer center.
