This deal is dead but in case anyone reads this in the future:
1) Setup isn't at all intuitive. I found a video on a similar unit and setup is exactly the same https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3...y&i
2) There's a California version of the hot tub, which I bought for $247 on Black Friday https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hydro-...f5a59eef28.

If you own your home and can afford a permant $9,000 i would definitely go that route. Hell 200 bucks plus you'd have buy about 50 bucks for a few chemicals its definitely worth it.
I absolutely love it - and this seems to be a very close copy to the Miami. The only warning I'll give is that it takes a bit of time (took me many months in fact) to correctly figure out the chemical balance. The pandemic made the filters get more expensive, so I use a hosepipe and jet spray clean those things every week. That regular maintenance is essential to avoid bathing in a swamp.

Been there, done that. Yes we loved having it in the basement, yes it left moisture and mold everywhere, yes the landlord kicked us out of our townhome when he found out we had it, lol.
