I own the Coleman version of this and live in Colorado it raised the electric bill between 15 to 25 bucks a month, also i would not recommend using it during the months of January to March, They are really easy to take down and put back out they take about 24 hours to heat up. They are very good alternative and less expensive to permanent hot tubs. I really enjoy it and have had my Coleman now for almost 4 years.

It works great for the money, never had a puncture, increase of $20 a month in my power bill (Georgia winters). Take the time to get it perfectly level, do not put it on your deck unless you are absolutely sure it was built for that much weight.

I have the camo version (different brand), it stores up small enough to fit in a large closet or shed. I used two inch foam board under it for a softer feel on the bottom, and for better insulation in the winter months. No issue with concrete if you go this route. You can cut the foam board to shape as well.

For anyone that bought this hot tub, call Bestway to file a warranty claim to get an insulated inflatable cover. The cover that came with this unit is the wrong one. Bestway confirmed this and is filing a warranty claim on all of the ones that are reported. Double check your box to see if it says "insulated inflatable cover". You'll need to send Bestway a picture of the batch number, a picture of the box showing that the inflatable cover verbiage, along with a copy of your receipt. Go to Bestway's website to register and set up a call back from their support page.

I don't suppose you could please post a the picture of the box showing the "inflatable cover" verbiage. I didn't save my box. Frown

Obviously I can provide the batch number from my tub and the receipt.

Thanks! I just filed my warranty claim. They only ask for a photo of the batch number, the photo of the defect (I used a picture of the included cover) and a photo of your receipt. If they challenge, I'll have the image you uploaded as additional proof.

​I don't know, i bought the one that comes with the energysense liner and mine says insulated cover on the box.

Wow, thanks. I didn't even notice that in the box. I even complained about the cover that came with it earlier in this thread. It really is terrified.

I just filled out the online claim. The site really seemed to bog down though and I ended up submitting like 10 claims because it acted like it wasn't loading. Ha

Oh yea i did purchase the cali. Didn't know it's a different model. I thought same model with just energy sense liner as the difference.

Thank you!! I thought the cover was crap, it just didn't seem right. It was pooling water, has no insulation. Was trying to figure out what to buy. Hopefully this will go through. My box clearly says "Insulated inflatable cover".

Thanks for pointing this out. I also filed a claim because my cover did not have the inflatable piece to keep the cover from sagging. My box also said "insulated inflatable cover".

I didn't notice it until it was pointed out but yes, this is the Havana parts list from the instruction manual:

P05674 is clearly an inflatable cover, not the fabric one that we received.

Yep. Even if you look at the picture on Walmart of the tub with the cover on, it's clear that is the inflatable cover because the cover is not sagging. Without the inflatable piece, the cover sags and is a nightmare in rain since all the water pools on top.

Luckily Bestway is taking care of it. The issue was with the factory. The factory/manufacturer claims it wasn't supposed to be included but props to Bestway for honoring it.

I spoke with Bestway just now about the inflatable cover not being included. They had me submit pictures of the receipt, the batch #, and a picture of the issue. They also said it could take two months to get once approved.
