I spoke with Bestway just now about the inflatable cover not being included. They had me submit pictures of the receipt, the batch #, and a picture of the issue. They also said it could take two months to get once approved.
Dang! Any ideas how to cheaply handle the sag in the cover for the rain?

Cheap inflatable inner tube? Maybe some pool noodles?

I completed a warranty claim online and they denied it, so I called in and the woman I spoke to had seen the claim I submitted.

She indicated that the model Walmart sold on BF was the Havana 2021 model which was upgraded to not need the inflatable cover (since it has the insulated lining). The older 2020 model used the inflatable cover.

She said that unfortunately the box and instructions manual weren't updated as they should have been.

I mentioned that the new "improved" cover didn't keep rain water out from pooling on top and making the cover touch the tub water surface and that an inflatable would certainly help. She agreed to send it out to me but cautioned me that the new cover wouldn't be covered by warranty.

Call them. I had the same thing happen as legodad. Denied online claim with the reasoning above. I said yeah...I would like the one mentioned in the box. She agreed finally and said it would be about 2 months as they weird have to order one

Ok I called, they said the same to me, cover will come from Chyna in 2 months. Felt bad for the lady, she sounded drained, (too many SDers calling her? laugh out loud) but this non-inflatable cover is utter crap. I don't feel too bad for her though cause I gotta live with this crap for 2 months scraping 50 lbs of water off the top every time it rains. Not to mention the amount of money I am going to lose in electric costs for the next 2 months.

I can't believe this non-inflatable tarp cover is a new design. It's useless the way it is.

Mine got approved on first try...for those that got denied, is yours the 2021 model as mentioned in one of the comments above? Just curious why they're getting denied. Either way looks like if you request a callback, they'll fix it. I agree with everyone, the cover it came with is horrible. I forgot to mention in my initial post that it would take 45 days to get the cover since it is on backorder.

That's exactly the way I felt. She sounded totally drained.

I'm ok with the wait because for now... Mine is in the garage until it warms up a bit. Then I'll need that inflatable cover. This "new" design is terrible.

.... My guess is they are denying them online, but approving via phone?

Mine got approved online. I sent in a picture of the box, receipt, and batch number from the hot tub. Either way don't give up and make sure you press them to get it regardless of the 2021 model. If the box says inflatable cover, they need to honor it.

... That is weird then. I submitted all that stuff too.

Once I called.... they approved without "much" hassle

Ditto. My batch # was 2020-04-27 for reference.

Why wait? it's GREAT in the cold weather. I went out buck naked, low 30s, was great, better than expected. Held a clean 100 for as long as you'd want. This thing is really nice other than the cover (which they pulled a bait and switch on).

I meant to say that the hot tub was set up and running in my garage

I'm one of those weird ones ... I'm not happy unless it is 104!!!! Once it hits 102, I know my time is limited, and\or I need to turn off the jets. 100 and I'M OUT of there!!!! Ha

So, it's 14*F here but I didn't expect it to have to keep pumping it up. Anyone else notice this? The instructions are awful by the way....
