Hmm good to know. Didn't even know there is a v2 now. Is there a quick comparison anywhere?

Even Better Than The Flume 1
I purchased a Flume 1 about a month ago and it was great. Then I received a recommendation for a Flume 2. Apparently Flume had released a second generation device shortly after I purchased my original.
I contacted Flume and they told me to just send it back and just buy the Flume 2, which I did. This one is just as good as the original, easy to set up and very accurate. But it has the added benefit of being easier to change out the batteries and has an option for a second battery pack which doubles the amount of time between battery changes.
Flume support is also phenomenal. I contacted them to have my original Flume removed from my account and they did it in 5 minutes, all straight from the Flume App.
The only way this product gets any better is if there were an option to download your data just locally without having to have an online account
For major water leaks, i'm now using Smartthings coupled with a Dome valve.
