FYI: Went to the store and purchase a $100 GC, I got $20 target CG on the spot. That's good but that was it. I could not buy more Apples GC, even I told them I was fine with not getting Target CG. It's weird but oh well, it is what it is.

So they told me, 1 target GC per customer ( not just per transaction ) and one time Apples GC purchase. That is nuts.

Placed 9 of 100 straight, if don't receive cancellation within minutes does it mean it's going thru?

I've bought $2,200 of Apple Cards using this deal. At 19 cards they would no longer accept my Red Card. Switched to Apple Pay because it's still 2% back and it worked fine (RedCard only gives 4% back on this deal, not the usual 5%, so you will pay $96, not $95 for the $100 gift card). Planning to use this for a new laptop.

Where is this nonsense coming from? There hasn't been a limit of seven gift cards for $100 purchases.
There was earlier today, 7X on $100 cards (speaking from experience). Others reported it as well.

Can't you use self checkout? Or do they have to be involved to get you the $20 Target GC?

Same here. Are folks seeing lots of cancellations?
Today is the last day, so if they cancel a few and issue a few out of all that we ordered, can we get a full return for the ones they did issue?

ordered at 5 hrs ago. zero GC yet of any kind..
They must be swamped with the number of transactions. Given the Apple stuff is very expensive, and everyone being forced to break down their order (for instance, instead of a single order of $1,000, ten separate orders of $100) its probably more they can cope. And instead of an automated system, someone on the back end must be screening stuff to prevent fraud (high on gift cards usually). Bottom-line, you need to chill.

does the Target gift card have a number? Is it automatically added to your account. What is the time gap from placing an order to getting $20 Target gift card. Have you been able to use the $20 Target card towards another Apple gift card.

I have received 5 out of 9 gc's. the first 5 came in after about 15hrs, the remaining 4 is almost 24hrs now, and after chatting with target CS, they told me to wait for 24hrs. as a goodwill gesture, they offered an additional $5 credit on a future purchases.

All gift cards have a unique number and will get added to your Target account. I don't see a reason why you can't use that to buy another Apple gift card
