I am sorry in advance. But is this deal dead? I don't see target GC for $20 in my cart, when I add Apple $100 GC.

I already combined the them into my online wallet. Do the cards still hold value? Late thought - since I have like 15 $20 cards, I was wondering if I can hand them out to random people that look like they could use a them.
I'd say stick with friends. Make sure to give a $20 gift card for $19 (to compensate for 5% red card discount). So get $20 bill, hand them back a dollar bill.

You can give the entire balance to someone if you print out the scan gift card to use at store feature, and give the access code that they use for security on it. That requires giving them the entire balance though and if you were to add any money to it at any point they would get that too. Also would have to be used in store.

Thanks. So once combined, you can't split them?

Anyone have thoughts on the best way to securely store digital Apple GCs? I've checked the balances and they all look good, but I am unlikely to use any GCs until next year. Is loading them into my itunes account the safest thing to do?

Just looking at the website it looks like that isn't possible. It might be worth asking customer service in a few days when things die down if they help you split it in a way that allows you to give it out. maybe that will be possible.

Ordered 9 of these between the 26th-27th. I have received:
Apple: 7 of 9
Target: 7 of 9 (these all came yesterday)

The 2 that have not been delivered still say "preparing email"

Yes. I read most of the comments on this deal and it looks like you can add up to $2k on the Apple account. Safest thing.

I ordered one at 8pm pacific last night, and my wife also ordered one at the same time.

Still waiting for both emails. Haven't gotten the Apple GC or the Target CC. Both show "preparing email".

Keep a good 16+ character password that is random too. If your password is apple123 then it won't help things.

I would enable two-factor authentication as well, if it is not already enable just to be extra secure.

I'm so pissed I have about 4 hours invested in ordering these gift cards to buy an iPhone for my daughter. I ordered 10 gift cards last night everything got charged okay. This morning I get one gift card on my email I have cancellations for six orders and another three are in limbo. Then I submitted a chat after about 20 minutes they told me I had to call Target phone number. After calling I was sent from person to person trying to figure out why my orders have been canceled. I got transferred to a person who told me there was a limit of 6 added on Tuesday that you can only order six. They didn't bother to put it on their website so you're supposed to psychically know this. I ask why then have you canceled six of my orders instead of four. And then they told me to sit on hold again and I waited and after an hour and 15 minutes I gave up. I should have known I stopped shopping at Target long ago because quite frankly the run by a bunch of idiots. I used to have a Target credit card I used to buy all kinds of stuff there but I haven't spent more than $100 a year in the last three years. As long as they continue to have a bunch of young inxperienced idiots running their company. Trying to blame us for a problem on people who bought 50 gift cards when they didn't have a limit on them so they just did that so they had to come up with this limit. What kind of idiots put a promotion and don't think people are going to buy a lot. I hate target and will resume my boycott of these fruitcakes.
