Not in best buy, but you can use them to purchase stuff from Apple itself, they are no longer limited to digital products!

I plan on buying M1 devices with student discount so I can't get any cheaper than that. I get your point though, especially for iPads.

Gotcha. Last time they had this promotion in September ($10 GC then) I was able to get 1700$ worth of gift cards before my Best Buy account stopped allowing me. I then switched to another account if I recall correctly.
I bought the $100 card one transaction at a time.
