Recommendations for MP3 player and Bluetooth headphones for running/exercising

Been running more lately.
None of my MP3 players have BT, and I don't trust my current BT headphones to stay in my ear while running.
Can anyone recommend some good BT headphones and a small/lightweight MP3 player that would easily slip in pocket/clip on pants/shirt back for running/working out?
I'd prefer not Apple. I don't know if I need a fancy screen/interface on the MP3 player, but I don't want a shuffle type thing where I can't really control what I play.
