Q: Can someone clarify if AT&T prepaid WiFi calling works on all Unlocked phones? Why I ask is, I am using Cricket wireless and WiFi calling works only on Cricket branded phones and my home doesn't have good signal and rely on WiFi calling

I've been on the 8gb + 17gb walmart/At&t Prepaid plan for over a year and it looks like they're still offering it. 25gb of full speed data with hotspot for $40.00 per month is still a pretty good deal. Ya just need to purchase a cheap prepaid phone from them. I actually ended up returning mine after I got the 17gb bonus data.
These look like decent, single-month commitment options without much hoops to jump through. But I agree the Walmart plan is better at $40 and even the yearly $300 ($25/month) is better for the lowest price; that $300/year is 8 GB plus rollover and tethering. The catch is that you need to port in and have to commit for the year. My wife just renewed her yearly plan for the same price.

This isn't bad, and AT&T coverage is good, but Verizon prepaid is only $25/month for unlimited talk, text, and 5GB of data after 9 months, with autopay. The plan starts at $40, with $5 off for setting up autopay, then $5 off per month at the 3 month mark, and another $5/month at the 9 month mark. That seems like the best deal to me, at the moment, for one line.

I guess it depends on coverage needs and the number of lines on the account. With 2 lines it will cost $25 each ($30x2 - $10 multi-line discount). With Verizon it will take 9 months to get to the price and no multi-line discount.
