R-SIM is a SIM card add-on that looks like a really thin SIM card that mounts on top of your nano sim (or below depending on the model) that allows you to bypass the sim lock by hard coding a new ICCID that is unlocked.

You can buy the R-SIMs off ebay/amazon and they are usually $10 give or take.

It works reasonably well and the wiki talks about how to operate it, the only challenge is sometimes iOS updates break it and sometimes you need a new ICCID but for the most part it's great and allows you to use a SIM locked phone with any provider. and in this case you dont have to wait 180 days with Cricket to get an unlock code.

Keep in mind it is unlike the factory unlocking process which is permanent. Here you are dependent always on the R-SIM.

back in the day it also went by the name Gevey SIM.

As long as you have an old Sprint SIM card laying around (they're reusable)... and an IMEI from a phone that's compatible with Sprint's network, you can sign up for the $5 service (data only) or if you want to play it safe... $6 service (500mb data, 100 min). Pay for service, enter in IMEI and SIM card info, activate. You'll have instant access to a new phone number, pin to access port out info.

Address jigging does not work. I tried many different combinations. They fixed this loop hole hence they allow sales online again instead of in store only.
I jigged mine just now. After the four times to my address last time. Took a lot of jigging but it worked.

I did read it. Lol Seems like a lot of work for around 200 bucks (after spending about 190 bucks for the two phones plus 6 months of service). Not to mention, it's a gift card. You can do better with bank bonuses.
Then y r u here

I tried since I had 1 around, but doesn't go through. If you want to do the address tweaking to get over the 2 per address limit you can try Privacy card since it can be any billing address, but it links to a bank account.
Okay awesome. Thank you. Had anyone tried using privacy card to order?

I was able to put an order for 2 in - previously ordered 3 different orders for the same address. Order still processing (1 number confirmed 1 number still pending) so I may get cancelled, but sounds like people are getting rejected before completing order so maybe I'm clear?
As long as both of ur port in numbers are active with their current SP then you are likely A-OKAY

I ordered two phones in 1 order. I want to keep one and trade the other one. How do I just cancel one line on the account and keep the other one active ?

Oh I ordered 2 orders with Privacy card already, both went fine with different name and address jiggling.

Just wait til the phone arrive.. after like 28-30 days cricket will text u and remind u to pay ur bill. Call/chat with them/go to ur account online and log in/etc. to cancel the second line.

Chat with a rep to cancel one, or port one out.

Yes, too much to order online and have them delivered the next day, and then trade-in and ship to amazon with free label.

Wouldn't it be best just to port out and keep the number just for something better if that happens?

you can do anything that makes you money lol. why not do both, and credit card bonuses as well? Can also flip clothing on poshmark if you want. so yes its some effort, but for 5-6 minutes of clicking, 10 minutes to post/sell on offerup, it's not bad.

Ordered two last night. Got shipping confirmation this morning. My previous orders were shipped through UPS, but it's FedEx this time, weird...

Please advise on sneaking through household limits
I put my wife and I on separate accounts and got 4 phones. I added South to the street name. No delivery problems in my case. Our street is only 2 blocks long.
I will merge the accounts later.
