nice how do you get that discount??? they provide you additional code or u have to send in your ID??
It depends on what discount, for military they have database for armed forces names and birthdates, so they just verify that once and then you have an ID.me login.

While this doesn't match perfectly I wanted to give you my comparison repost of hiking shoes

My Review of some shoes when I want to REI

1. Hoka Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX - are insanely awesome, light weight and comfortable BUT $200. Seriously in a league of its own. A+

2. Merell Moab Ii - which some dude mentioned. Very nice, comfortable for $120. A little heavy but not bad.

3. Believe it or not Timberland Maddsen Mid WP at $99. REALLY comfortable and light weight. Probably wont last nearly as long as the MOABs. Pretty sure it was lighter than the Moabs

4. Columbia Newton Ridge Plus II - disappointed by how uncomfortable they are and the weird fit on size 12. Garbage shoe

The Timberland's destroyed the Columbia Newton shoe and was on par with the Merells

Very low price for typical Merrell. I know nothing about this boot and can find very little info on it . Anyone have any experience with this boot?

So what does this tell us about the Merrell Men's Phoenix 2 Mid Thermo? That's the boot posted here. Personally, for $60 I took a shot.
