Ring has 3 different plans. And I didn't see anything about 24/7 recording.

None of the ring do it. The best they have is you can set the length of recording per event. I think it differs between battery and wired. And the frequency of snapshots between motion events. Snapshots takes pics at a user set interval so you can have glimpses of what goes on between events. But no 24/7.
Ring never support that feature. I think you are talking about nest
