I saw this earlier today, but am still hoping for a better deal next week from Costco. Their ad does list Apple deals starting 11/26 with a picture of an iMac.

Last year was $330 off, and I'm hoping for something similar next week.

Applied for their Citi card in the store, got a temporary card and bought the iMac right away. With the 4% cash back and 4 years warranty, it's not a bad deal overall. Nice machine, gorgeous display.

Just the interface, shortcuts, and installing and uninstalling programs(much simpler).

It'll take a while, but at least with Costco, if you feel it's not for you you can return.

The base model M1 MacBook Air is outperforming these, just fyi! Hold out for next gen if you can.

no really, I 've had my MacBook Pro for 8 years now with 16gb ram and 512 gb SSD, not a single issue. Apple OS has been ver stable for me, had a transition period going form Mouse pointer to track pad at first. Now, I'll never switch over back to WinBlows machines.

It sure doesn't look like the deals on the 27" at Costco this year are going to be anywhere close to last years deal...

8GB memory + non-upgradable hard drive... what a waste of the beautiful screen
plus Intel is going a way... this iMac is going to run transcoded ARM apps for a few years before completely obsoleted.

Night and Day. You have to remeber, if you have an IPhone it will connect to your phone. You can receive msgs, phone calls, and facetime over your computer? How convenient is that?
