They need your social and bank info because they are taking over the payment processing from paypal.
If you have multiple accounts, I believe you give them the same info but like paypal, your payments collected will be all put into one total per social sec number.
I've had managed payments for one account for almost a month with no problem and my hubby has had managed payments with his social sec for 3 weeks with no problems.
If I wasn't a seller, no way I'd give ebay my info for a $15 coupon.

I wonder how much of a hit paypal is gonna take from this. Paypal's stock has gone bananas, but Paypal gets 99% of ebays transactions. Not anymore.
