Just a technical note that If you weigh more than 231 pounds, these pedals are not rated for you. Damage could occur. I'm only 165, but for others... I was interested in tossing on pedals, my darn stages keeps dying on my spin bike, They usually only last about 9 months. I have a 4.3w/kg ftp. I love training with power!
