I was waiting for this, I already got one and now time for price match within 30days of Costco policy. Thank You for posting.
Update: Costco didn't price match saying that clearance items are eligible, also store won't price match with .com.
I end up ordering online and follow the return method.

Best Desktop Deal I have seen since the Walmart OverPowered DTW3 with the GTX 1080-ti back in around August/September for $999.99. Has a 2 year warranty plus get an additional 2 years if you purchase it with your Costo Citi Visa for a total of 4 years or warranty. Add https://www.costco.com/allstate-3-years-drops-%2526-spills-protection-(for-new-computers-%24500-%252...[costco.com] to cover Drops, Spills and Accidental Damage Coverage plus regular failures for 3 years. This warranty does run concurrently with the 2 year Costo/Manufacturer warranty so you only get 3 years total, but with the 2 year benefit from the Costco Citi Visa it would extend to a 5 year total warranty. Not too bad for $99.99 plus tax.

From some quick google searches it seems like the other 5700XT outperforms the 2060S by a small margin, and I do like that it comes with a 1TB NVMe SSD drive. On the other hand, I would much prefer Costco's no frills return & warranty.

You are missing the BIG difference...8 vs 16 threads!!!
CPU
According to UserBenchmark (https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Com...132vs4043) the i7 (that is included in the Costco deal) actually benchmarks better than the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X. However, due to the 16 threads of the Ryzen 7 3700X and overall higher clock speed the AMD will be better for gaming so I would give the nod to the Best Buy PC for this component.
GPU
According to UserBenchmark (https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Com...45vs4049), the RTX 2060S actually performs slightly better than the AMD RX 5700 XT, but by a very small amount. Overall, I would call this component a tie.
RAM
Both PC's come with 16GB of RAM of an undisclosed brand. The Costco iBUYPOWER PC has 16GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM while the Best Buy CyberPowerPC has 16GB DDR4 3000MHz. On speed alone the Best Buy PC is slightly better. However, without knowing if name brand RAM is going to be installed vs cheap green stick RAM it is difficult to say which one is better. Without knowing more, I would give a slight nod to the Best Buy PC.
Power Supply
The Costco iBUYPOWER PC has a 600W Power Supply while the Best Buy CyberPowerPC has an 800W Power Supply (mentioned only in the Questions and Answers section of the item page. Just like the RAM, the brand is undisclosed for both PC's. Based on the Wattage, the Best Buy CyberPowerPC gets a slight nod.
Motherboard
Neither website lists information about the Motherboards used so I have no idea which one is better.
Overall
Based on the most important components that we know some or all of the information about I would give the slight nod to the Best Buy CyberPowerPC. However, having experience CyberPowerPC, I think iBUYPOWER is slightly better than CyberPowerPC in terms of build quality and warranty. Not by a lot, but it is something. Also, the Costco Return Policy (90 days) plus the 2nd year of warranty included makes me view the Costco iBUYPOWER PC as being the better overall deal.

Just a couple of quick notes. On the AMD systems, best performance is gained with 3200 or 3600 ram. As for t he motherboards, both of these brands use brand name boards but have customized BIOS therefore they normally don't receive the same updates that retail channel boards would receive. Also, it doesn't state which chipset is in the CyberPower system, so upgradeability to Zen3 is unknown; The iBuyPower system is a dead end for generational upgrades.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! I will continue to hold out for black Friday for the bestbuy machine or if we get lucky another better cyberpower deal with the 3070!

The AMD system would be better. And yes, the RAM is upgradeable. Each board should be able to go up to at least 64GB.
