If your a veteran/military, Apple.com has it for 539 for 64GB and 674 for 256GB... They do the verify and then forward you to their special pricing... That's a 10 percent discount....

Problem is, it's another $150 to the the next size. At that point you are pretty much at the Pro price. Not sure what I am going to do. If this started at 128, I would have bought one already. Now though, because of Apple's silliness, I will probably wait and see what comes next.

I wish Apple offered 128GB for $50 more like they do on the non-Pro phones. But I'm finding that I don't use nearly as much storage on my iPad as on my iPhone. This seems counterintuitive given that tablets are mainly media consumption devices. But I don't need nearly as many apps, and most pictures/music I keep on my phone. Also, the big files - movies - generally only need to be kept until I've finished viewing. So I'm not using anywhere near 64GB on my iPad Air 4, while I recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 in part to get 128GB of capacity.

Costco will have the longer warranty if you use the Citi card, Amazon has another 5% if you have the prime card. Keep in mind this is a new product so we aren't going to see deep discounts just yet.
