Decided to try out a Used Satisfactory for $250; if it works well enough, can't complain. Around the price of a Chromebook w/ more capabilities.

They seem to have an awful lot of these that are open box excellent certified. Why did so many people return them?

Mainly because they set the bar WAY too high for a $300 laptop

Because of all the "features" lenovo packs into these. Like flickering screens, computer running red hot no matter what you have running. Fan blowing constantly, as soon as you turn it on, click on task manager - and see nothing is running except task manager which is using, somehow, 50% of the CPU. Buy and enjoy. These things are shit.

Lots'a bored people sitting around with nothing else to do are shopping for entertainment. Sales returns are a pandemic in their own right.

So is it confirmed, that a second Sata SSD can be installed to this laptop? does anyone have any details on the extra bracket and harddrive ribbon needed to do this?

Task manager using 50% of CPU while ZERO application or program running? That's hard to believe. Maybe for the $150 laptop that has inferior CPU from Wally based on the benchmark but this CPU from BB is much more efficient enough for basic light usage ie MS Word, Excel, PP, Internet browsing
