The X90CH is the warehouse (Costco/Sam's Club) version. They have a different model number so they are not open to price matching.

do yourself a favor and go over to rtings.com and read. Then you'll understand. Do some research.

Thoughts on this versus the Hisense H9G for $950 at Best Buy? Rtings seems to favor the Hisense a little, but I'm wondering if the warranty and Sony brand make this the way to go?
if you're not gaming or using as a monitor I would go with the Hisense. I picked this up for an office, with the hope the 120hz update actually works in 90 days. Or it's going back.

the hisense is brighter with better colors.

Can someone help me to understand why you would go this route over the Hisense H9G? They seem to be about the same price but the H9G blows it out of the water according to rtings.
I don't think the Hisense has hdmi 2.1

Makes sense but for someone that watches just tv and movies, you think the H9G is the way to go
Yeah definitely

Yes... Costco currently has the 55" for $919.99 through 11/28. I'm looking for another 55", but I'm waiting to see if it will go lower. I waited out the 55" X950G last year and got one on BF for $798 at B&H Photo.
I'm waiting on a X950 as well. How was your experience with B&H?

If you care about everything outside the OS, the x900h is much better than the LG Nanocell in my opinion
Reading thru Rtings I am leaning towards lg n91.... seems better for regular living room use....it's better at wider angles and handles reflections better....these are two things normal in my living room

This or OLED? How much is video quality improvement?
OLED for overall picture quality. Much deeper blacks though OLED might not get as price. Having said that you'll pay at least $600 more for a good oled at this 65" size

I canceled my nano91 for this. Looking at both at best buy it seemed the sony was just "better" (non scientific based observation after having bb person put same video on and let me control).

That being said the hdmi issues make me nervous. Replacing a 12 year old vizio in office which just started having video issues, so not main tv and can be returned.

Anybody know of this has an ethernet port? I already ran cat7 through my entire house including the back of my current TV and would prefer to use that over wireless
Yes it does. I have mine connected via an Ethernet cable.

One of my main specs when looking for a TV is that it has ATSC 3.0 so it will receive UHD content over the air.

When looking at the manual it states it just has ATSC.

Do they state the 3.0 in the manuals or is it just given that it is upgraded for this?

Would love to jump on this, but want to clarify that aspect.
I believe the ASTC 3.0 capability is promised in a future update.

Losing my mind at this point. Bought the 75" at $1559 because $200 more than the 65" was a no brainer. But now it's a $600 difference! I sit about 10 feet away and could get by with the 65". Should I save the $? Argh!

Sony X75CH 65 inches is also available on Costco which is almost $400 cheaper. Both are LED. What is better in X90 for which someone should pay 400 dollars? TIA
