Cyber power usually uses decent parts too that most pc builders would use. If this was an HP or Dell then I'd reconsider.

You could, Cyber Power uses off the shelf components.
However..save yourself a TON of hassle and buy an external Dvd drive for less than 50 bucks.

Not everyone knows how to build. And time value of money. Cyberpower is going to factor in the man hours it cost them to build this. Even without labor factored in this deal is still cheaper than anything you can build yourself at the moment
If you can find a internal dvd drive you can buy a external adapter
