UPDATE: Rtings reviewed this specific variant of the H6570G and says it's actually a bit better than the original. Updated comparison here: https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...8833/15789
Still seems like a toss-up between the two, esp since the Hisense gets extra points for Android interface (BF TCL 4-series deal is on the Android version). You'd be paying an extra $100 for slightly better brightness and black uniformity.

What's the actual input lag on this TV?
Not true on the H9G series
You may be right, my last Hisense was a pos. Freezes, random reboot. No avail supports and customer service was sh$$t!

TCL here, no clue how they rate this as dimmer, screen looks great and possibly too bright at times. I watch with a huge picture window behind me competing with the TV screen and it's still fine mid sunny day. Both are low end TV's, I'd save the extra $100 and go with the TCL.

But it looks so bad in game mode that I find it unplayable in games like destiny 2. I've tried tweaking all the settings: it either looks terrible or the delay is unbearable.

What if you turn off game mode? What's the lag like then?
