So tired of trying to get this ... neither PS4 Pro nor the Xbox One X got this much demand so I can understand them not overproducing but I have to believe someone is doing some nonsense somewhere in this supply chain to get wealthy off this under supply and over demand.

Ours was suppose to be picked up Sunday. Got an email it was ready. Husband went over. Waited outside for an hour. Went in and they had him get in line. Apparently the emails went out, but they hadn't actually prepared the shipment. He was able to get his. But it was a mess and took about two hours total.

Someone picked up after 50 mins! So what I was told over the phone was they had to transfer a ps5 from another location since my store didn't have it. They said there is a slight delay and I should wait for the pickup email once it arrives.

Thanks for updating. I just think it's strange my ps5 and my headphones are delayed and as well as friends xbox series x. All delayed from the same store.

Got same email as mentioned earlier. Order delayed and they will cancel on 12/4.

Did stores has stock reserved for BF? Kinda screwed up if they took these online orders knowing they would sell off the stock for the sale today.

I called their 1800 # about my delayed ps5. Guy said I'll most likely get it as the order is being fulfilled but that my order/ps5 is still in Minnesota which sounds bad if theres a friday or cancelled deadline.
