Randomly checked at 05:15 EST. Got one! They're using staggered inventory release. So when you "Add to cart" and says "Please wait," just be patient!

I have the Disc Version in my cart and it shows that it's in stock; however, it's only available for pickup and there isn't a store within 250 miles of me in the San Francisco Bay Area that has it in stock.
