Bestbuy has the Dell - 32" LED Curved QHD FreeSync Monitor with HDR (DisplayPort, HDMI, USB) on sale for $120 off this week. Consistently rated as one of the better 1440p gaming monitors:

Picked this up last month, switched from an LG 27UK600 (27" 60Hz 4K IPS). Colors are a bit less vibrant, but black levels are way better. Some backlight bleed on solid black screens, but that's not uncommon. I've been very happy with the switch. Much better refresh rate, better black levels, better buttons and UI, more screen real estate, etc. If your primary use is gaming, I'd recommend it. However, if you do a lot of photo or video editing, probably best to stick with IPS.
I use it with my Series X, no PC gaming. I followed the review on Tom's Hardware (https://www.tomshardware.com/revi...k-and-play) and used their recommended settings (except for anything brightness or nit-related, which I just keep at 90%). Use the "Super Fast" overdrive setting to avoid ghosting. Honestly though, it's pretty well calibrated straight out of the box.

I think I'm going to finally pull trigger on this one. I'm coming from an IPS monitor though and hesitant to go VA. Thoughts?

Thanks man. I've actually tinkered with that very same link when I was using it for the PS4. Just wondering if there was something I missed now that I have the ps5

Got this from Best Buy a few months ago when it was on sale. Highly recommend it for gaming. Been incredible pairing this with my 3080.
